David has lived in Langley since 1979 and has an extensive knowledge of the area and surrounds. He became a Realtor® in 2005 and his work ethic has made him a very high achiever. In fact, he has been one of Langley’s top performers since he began his career.

He comes by this solid work ethic honestly. His father was Dr. Rodney Foxwell a well known and respected orthopedic surgeon in the Fraser Valley. His mother, Dr. Barbara Foxwell had a very successful medical practice in Walnut Grove and was a Langley School Board Trustee.

Remax Treeland Realty is where David hangs his hat and his license. A hard worker, his efforts were recognized by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) and he received their Medallion Award for 2011 and 2012. This award recognizes Realtors® who are in the top 10% of the FVREB’s producers.

David works extensively with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. Previously he served on their Communications Committee helping to develop the Realtor’s® tool kit. For the past several years he has been working with the FVREB’s Government Relations Committee and he is responsible for the FVREB’s ethics slogan “Excellence Through Ethics”.

David has a big heart for his community. Stemming from a lifelong love of animals he was moved to support the Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS). Every year since its inception he has been a major sponsor for the Furry Tale Endings, the society’s annual fundraising gala and the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation. Also, one of his favourite charities is the Langley Stepping Stones Society and he has assisted them for many years. David has been an integral part of local Community Committees, which support the Langley Christmas Bureau, Douglas Park Elementary School and the Langley Lodge to name just a few.
